Onsite Representative Lead

About Role

The On-Site Representative is accountable for representing Incora at customer production sites, interacting and coordinating directly with customer representatives and on-site functional area managers to effectively maintain and replenish customer supply locations.

Key Activities

• Liaison to assist in monitoring stock levels
• Resolving inventory and product discrepancies
• Expediting critical needs in support of customer requirements

About You

A High school graduate with proven customer service, and interaction skills, with direct customer contact. Demonstrated excellence and commitment to a safe and hazard-free workplace. Fantastic communication skills, a continuous improvement mindset and the willingness to learn and grow. Passionate about Incora Values and exceeding customer expectations.
