Timarron Owners Association, Inc. (“TOA” or “Association”) is a master-planned community in Southlake and Colleyville, Texas, featuring seventeen neighborhoods connected by winding sidewalks. The community is designed to blend architecture and landscape, fostering a sense of belonging and pride among residents.

About the role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining HOA common areas, facilities, and grounds in a safe, clean, attractive, and well-functioning condition. This role supports the overall appearance, functionality, and value of the community while providing responsive service to residents and management.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily general and preventive maintenance for HOA common areas, amenities, buildings, and grounds.
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of community facilities, including clubhouses, restrooms, walkways, sidewalks, and shared spaces.
  • Complete minor repairs and maintenance on structures, equipment, fencing, doors, drywall, concrete, sidewalks, drainage systems, and gates.
  • Monitor, maintain, and assist with irrigation systems.
  • Support grounds upkeep, including debris removal and coordination with landscaping vendors as needed.
  • Operate light equipment (e.g., aerator, pressure washer, auger).
  • Safely use a variety of manual, gas-powered, and electric tools, including hand tools, power tools, leaf blowers, chainsaws, chemical sprayers, and irrigation-related tools.
  • Respond promptly to emergency or urgent maintenance issues, including fallen debris, water leaks, broken windows, damaged locks, or safety hazards in common areas.
  • Assist with HOA community events, meetings, and activities, including setup, breakdown, equipment movement, and post-event cleanup.
  • Organize, maintain, and track inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, parts, and equipment.
  • Serve on-call to respond to after-hours emergencies as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by HOA management.

Pay

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour (depending on education and experience)
