About the role
The Onsite Tech Lead (Full-Stack) role is focused on the General & Asset Accounting Domain. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in back-end programming (Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, or Golang) and front-end technology (Angular, Redux, React, Node, or Swift), hands-on coding experience, DevOps skills, and CI/CD expertise.
Responsibilities
- Set technical direction for a team and drive consensus and successful cross-functional partnerships.
- Manage enterprise-scale platform development, integrations, and on-call production support.
- Build maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing techniques, especially in an enterprise environment.
- Improve quality through thoughtful code reviews, appropriate testing, proper rollout, monitoring, and proactive changes.
- Lead and/or architect teams with a large scope across one or multiple domains.
- Integrate AI tools to optimize and redesign workflows and drive measurable impact in the Supply Chain functional domain.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of programming experience in a relevant language or 4+ years of experience with a PhD.
- Track record of setting technical direction for a team, driving consensus, and successful cross-functional partnerships.
- Hands-on experience with managing enterprise-scale platform development, integrations, and on-call production support.
- Experience building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing techniques, especially in an enterprise environment.
- Experience improving quality through thoughtful code reviews, appropriate testing, proper rollout, monitoring, and proactive changes.
- Experience as a team lead and/or technical architect with a large scope across one or multiple domains.
- In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain functional domain.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of programming experience in a relevant language or 4+ years of experience with a PhD.
Skills
- Full-stack MERN experience with 8-10 years of experience.

Pay
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $173,800. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
