About the Community

Zephyr Mountain Lodge is a rustic, contemporary ski-in/ski-out lodge located just 110 feet from the Zephyr Express Lift in Winter Park, CO. The property features slopeside units with views of the Village or the Continental Divide, gas fireplaces, four on-site hot tubs, and heated underground parking. Guests enjoy direct access to The Village at Winter Park, with restaurants, shops, and cafes steps away.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Dusting furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste properly
• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and floors
• Refilling soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed
• Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
• Polishing furniture and metal fixtures
• Reporting damages, repairs, or maintenance needs to supervisors
• Performing basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs
• Conducting routine inspections to identify areas requiring maintenance or repairs
• Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines for cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Properly handling and storing cleaning products and equipment
• Keeping cleaning supplies and equipment well-maintained, organized, and stocked
• Maintaining inventory records and requesting replenishment as needed
• Managing supply storage areas in a neat and orderly manner
• Collaborating with janitorial staff and communicating effectively with supervisors

Pay

$23.00 – $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)
