Job Overview
The Training Coordinator supports the planning, organization, and execution of corporate learning programs. This role manages training logistics, participant coordination, and communication with trainers and global learning teams. Ensures smooth delivery of onsite and virtual training programs while maintaining accurate tracking and administrative processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing training sessions based on client requirements.
- Ensures smooth coordination between trainers, vendors, trainees, and internal teams.
- Supports effective delivery of training programs across multiple locations.
- Analyze client training needs and determine required training sessions per course and site.
- Act as the point of contact for internal trainers and external vendors.
- Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, or cancellation.
- Organize training sessions based on trainee availability and ensure smooth execution.
- Share instructor details with site security when required.
- Communicate training session openings and updates to employees.
- Cook up with the offsite team for program updates or changes.
- Follow up on attendance and support invoicing processes.
- Ensure adherence to workflow and processes through CRM tools.
- Cook up with training organizations, master vendors, and offsite teams.
Educational Qualification
A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or a related field.
Experience
0-2 years of experience.
