Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing commercial construction projects from kickoff through closeout
  • Support budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination efforts
  • Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Cookordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and owners
  • Track project costs and assist with forecasting and financial reporting
  • Monitor project schedules and identify potential risks or delays
  • Participate in project meetings and maintain strong communication with stakeholders
  • Affirm projects are delivered according to quality, safety, and contractual requirements
  • Affist with project closeout activities, punch lists, and final documentation
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and trade partners

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial construction as a project manager or assistant project manager
  • Experience working on mixed-commercial construction projects required (i.e. Healthcare, Data Center, Municipal, Mission Critical, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and project delivery methods
  • Experience with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
