Onsite Compliance Inspector (Stonebridge Ranch)

Job Summary

The Compliance Inspector at Stonebridge Ranch Community Association is responsible for conducting property inspections, documenting and communicating violations, and enforcing association guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections by driving through assigned neighborhoods to identify property code and deed restriction violations
• Document violations accurately, including detailed notes and photographic evidence as needed
• Issue notices and reports in accordance with community guidelines and local regulations
• Follow up on reported violations to ensure timely compliance and resolution
• Maintain organized records of inspections, violations, and communications for reporting and tracking purposes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in property management or related field
• Knowledge of community association rules and regulations
• Ability to operate a vehicle and drive through assigned neighborhoods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Pass a background check
