Onsite Community Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Meet and greet homeowners, residents, guests, vendors, and contractors.
• Research and respond to inquiries in-person, by phone, and email.
• Manage all mail, email, and mass email correspondence and monthly newsletters to homeowners and members of the Board of Directors.
• Walk and inspect community to ensure HOA rules and regulations are followed and community is well maintained.
• Issue HOA violations notices to homeowners; follow up to ensure violations were corrected.
• Contact outside maintenance contractors and vendors for maintenance repair and service.
• Communicate with contracted porter staff on work that needs to be done.
• Schedule and facilitate monthly board meetings.
• Review financial and delinquency reports, assist with budget creation.
• Submit RFPs, review proposals, offer recommendations to the board, meet and walk contractors to work area.
• Schedule contractors and vendors onsite.
• Issue and Activate FOB access.
• Approve and code invoices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of community association experience.
• Positive, self-motivated professional with a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Excellent communicator who follows up regularly.
• Proactive, takes initiative, responsive, and available.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with Boards of Directors and branch leader.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong computer skills with the technical aptitude to understand and support building systems, including key fob access, security systems, fire suppression systems, water pumps, and elevators.
