Responsibilities

• Outbound calling to secure payments on past-due accounts
• Accepting incoming calls regarding past-due accounts

Requirements

• 1–3 years of previous collections experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of previous call center experience
• FDCPA knowledge preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude
• Ability to problem solve and multitask
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone

Pay

$16.00–$18.00 per hour
