As an Onsite Assistant Property Manager (APM)/ Resident Manager (RM), you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our properties run smoothly while delivering exceptional experiences to both residents and property owners.
Responsibilities
- Be the go-to resource for residents—answer questions, address concerns, and help create a community they love to call home.
- Keep things running smoothly—coordinate property maintenance, manage budgets and rent collections, and oversee resident files.
- Drive leasing success—assist with property showings, move-in/move-out inspections, and applicant evaluations.
- Identify value-add opportunities—help property owners maximize their investments.
- Take ownership—work alongside the Property Manager and Regional Manager to improve operations and solve challenges.
- Step up as a leader—handle after-hours emergency calls on a rotating basis and support other administrative needs.

- You build strong relationships with residents, ownership groups, vendors, and teammates alike.
- This dedicated onsite role will support a newly onboarded community and is ideal for someone with experience in larger multifamily properties, vendor management, and onsite operations.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in leasing vacant units, coordinating capital improvement projects, and helping stabilize the asset, with a clear path for growth into a Property Manager role.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of property management experience (preferred).
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
- Vehicle and valid drivers license required.

- Base salary: $70K-$80K
