About the role

The Onsite Assistant Property Manager will support operations at a large-scale community in West Windsor, NJ, gaining hands-on experience in financial oversight, community operations, and resident relations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial management and budgeting processes
  • Manage day-to-day operations including maintenance, security, and landscaping
  • Engage with residents and board members to build positive relationships
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure smooth operations and compliance with policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of property management experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid NJ driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with property management software
  • Knowledge of local regulations and best practices in property management
