About the role
The Onsite Assistant Property Manager will support operations at a large-scale community in West Windsor, NJ, gaining hands-on experience in financial oversight, community operations, and resident relations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial management and budgeting processes
- Manage day-to-day operations including maintenance, security, and landscaping
- Engage with residents and board members to build positive relationships
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure smooth operations and compliance with policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of property management experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid NJ driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with property management software
- Knowledge of local regulations and best practices in property management
