Main Purpose
Aid mechanics in assembly/inspection/repair of equipment or components offshore.
Required Skills
- Experience working offshore
- Exposure to hydraulic and mechanical assembly
- Ability to operate material handling equipment
- Assist mechanics in testing and troubleshooting cranes and their components
- Comply with all Safety and Environmental requirements
- Ensure proper use of company-owned equipment
HSEQ Responsibilities
- Familiarize and follow Company's Policy for Health, Safety, Environment and Quality
- Report accidents, incidents, near misses, and problems to HSE(Q) Department Manager
- Follow Company policies, procedures, guidelines, control measures, signage, and permit conditions
- Know and act upon emergency procedures
- Ensure health and safety arrangements for subordinates (if any)
