About the role

The Online Trip Planning Support Advisor is responsible for providing customer support through various digital platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle inquiries related to trip planning, reservations, and cancellations.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues related to trip planning, including changes to reservations and cancellations.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information regarding travel policies and procedures.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and escalate to higher levels of support if necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of travel industry terminology and processes.
