Online Sales Representative – Entry-Level Sales with a Passion for Grilling & Outdoor Living

About the Role

We're seeking a passionate sales professional to join our team at BBQGUYS.com, where we believe life is better in your backyard. As a sales representative, you'll engage with inbound customers via phone, chat, and email, helping them find the perfect outdoor products for their needs, budget, and lifestyle. You'll build relationships, close deals, and become an expert in outdoor living products like premium grills, outdoor kitchens, and patio essentials.

Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound customers via phone, chat, and email
• Help customers find the perfect outdoor products based on their needs, budget, and lifestyle
• Build rapport and guide customers through the buying process
• Follow up on open quotes and opportunities via outbound communication (phone, email, chat)
• Use CRM tools to manage your sales funnel and hit revenue goals
• Continuously learn and grow with coaching, training, and product education

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Some experience in inside sales, hospitality, or retail preferred
• Strong phone/chat/email communication skills
• Reliable, professional, and a team player
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM experience is a plus)
