What You'll Do
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and online chat.
- Follow up with customers who have submitted online inquiries.
- Schedule appointments for customers to meet with our sales consultants.
- Build rapport with customers while providing a professional, pressure-free experience.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up notes in our CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain appointment and performance goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centers, inside sales, or restaurants is preferred but not required.
