About the role

A licensed physician is sought to provide high-quality virtual healthcare across multiple states, focusing on patient assessments, medical history reviews, medication management, and collaborative care. The role emphasizes delivering compassionate, patient-centered telemedicine services, maintaining thorough medical documentation, and staying current with medical advancements.

Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional virtual consultations, including assessments and treatment planning.
• Order and interpret lab tests to inform care decisions.
• Prescribe medications, including buprenorphine for addiction treatment, excluding controlled substances otherwise.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records for continuity.
• Stay informed about telehealth innovations and best practices.

Requirements

• Active medical licenses in at least three, ideally five, US states, with willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume clinical settings.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to excellence.
• Ability to dedicate at least 15 hours weekly, primarily during standard daytime hours.
• Proficiency with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
• DEA certification and applicable CSL, if required.
