Online Order Filling Team Supervisor

About the role

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders by locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise, ensuring order accuracy prior to pickup, making appropriate product substitutions, and consulting with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Pay

Hourly wage: $21.50 – $34.50 per hour (will equal or exceed applicable minimum wage).

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Schedule

Employment type: Full‑Time. Shifts are available as scheduled.
