Online Order Filling Team Supervisor

Overview

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Locate merchandise for online orders
• Prepare and package merchandise
• Ensure accuracy of orders prior to pickup
• Make appropriate product substitutions

Compensation

• Hourly wage: $20 – $33 per hour (will equal or exceed applicable minimum wage)
• Additional compensation: annual or quarterly performance incentives
• Premiums: $0.35 – $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply
