Online Order Filling Team Supervisor
About the Role
Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy prior to pick up. Associates make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Pay
Hourly Wage: $21 - $34 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
