About the role

This part‑time apprentice position supports online learner success within the Enrollment Management department, reporting to the Online Learner Success Coordinator. The role is non‑exempt with flexible hours designed around student class schedules.

• Assist with daily monitoring and moderation of the Virtual Student Union (VSU) community on Yellowdig, including responding to student questions and routing concerns to appropriate staff.
