Responsibilities

• Assist customers in planning and booking flights, hotels, and rental cars
• Provide customer service via phone, email, and live chat
• Handle cancellations and changes to travel arrangements
• Ensure all bookings comply with policies and regulations

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
