About the role

Support clients in creating and managing their travel itineraries through an online platform. Assist in scheduling flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements. Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance throughout the booking process.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of travel industry terminology and processes.

Qualifications
