Online Fulfillment Associate

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Pulling inventory from the pick-pack room and entering products into the customer’s sales order.
• Building and setting up profiles on the POS system.
• Updating all steps during the process on applicable software program applications.
• Creates an exceptional customer service experience with guests through education, knowledge of products and salesmanship.
• Creates and updates online ordering account profiles in the POS system.
• Verifies that all state requirements are met to proceed with a compliant sale.
• Handles inbound and outbound customer phone calls.
• Solves account creation issues for customers.
• Answers customer's questions concerning price, and use of merchandise during outbound customer calls.
• Maintains up to date knowledge on the endocannabinoid system and all applicable properties and/or effects.
• Complies with all state regulations pertaining to medical and/or retail sales.
• Reports all issues to management.
• Complies with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
• Aids in the implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures, and performance standards.
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• One to three months related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands

• Regularly stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
