Job Description
Bill Cole Automall is looking for competitive, motivated, team-driven professionals to join the Bill Cole family in a full-time capacity as an Automotive Online Customer Service Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming internet, email, social media, text, chat, and phone inquiries
- Respond to inquiries in a prompt, professional, and well-spoken manner
- Aid customers in selecting appropriate vehicles
- Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers to set up appointments for vehicle demonstrations
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online
- Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
- Deliver messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
- Work with all Sales and Management staff to ensure customer satisfaction during the dealership experience
Requirements
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be available to work Monday through Sunday from 8:30am to 7pm, or any variation during open business hours
- Must be able to adhere to attendance guidelines, which require regular attendance
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must possess time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Must be self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Must be able to meet sales quotas and closing percentages
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate their ability to pass pre-employment tests, including background checks, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks, drug tests, credit reports, and a valid driver’s license
