About the role
Our client support and travel booking team is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual who can provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and enjoy helping others.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and emails from clients regarding travel bookings and support issues
- Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries
- Process and update client records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
