Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Process travel bookings and cancellations
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Qualifications
