About the role

The Online Client Services Travel Representative will provide exceptional customer service to clients through various digital channels. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Process travel bookings and cancellations
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

  • Experience with travel-related software is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
