Online Banking Specialist - Hybrid Schedule
The IMMEDIATE BANKING CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE position is available FULL TIME with room for advancement. The schedule is 4 days a week, with Saturdays required every week, from 9am-3pm. Possible shifts are 9:30-6:30, 10:00-7:00, or 11:00-8:00.

This opportunity is based in WAKEFIELD, MA (fully remote, must be available for training in Boston, MA).
Qualifications
- 2 years of call center experience or banking experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficient
Description
Provide outstanding service via phone and email to all online banking end users with an outgoing personality and professionalism; successfully address customer questions and concerns. Provide a high level of customer service to all online banking end users. Provide support to online banking call volume for the customer service center. Utilize strong written communication skills to reply to internal and external email inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Serve as a service liaison between online customers of Eastern Bank and all third-party service providers. Process new online account set-ups and perform ongoing maintenance to existing online accounts. May be required to assist other areas of the call center on an as-needed basis.
