Online AP Macroeconomics (Part-Time)
About the role
Dwight Global Online School, recognized as the #1 best online high school in the United States by niche.com, seeks an experienced and innovative AP Macroeconomics teacher to design and teach virtual classes. The ideal candidate is a flexible and innovative team player with a passion for igniting the spark of genius in online students worldwide. This position is remote but requires availability to teach synchronous classes during the morning and afternoon in Eastern Time.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, interactive virtual lessons aligned with AP Macroeconomics curriculum standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
- Assess student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Engage with students through real-time video conferences, online tutorials, and optional residential experiences.
- Prepare and submit course materials and assessments on time.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate and/or Graduate degree in Education, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- At least three years of experience teaching middle and/or high school level learners.
- Experience working, teaching, and collaborating online preferred.
