About the role

Millicent High School is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Physical Education teacher to join our team. The successful applicant will collaborate effectively with colleagues, bring proven experience delivering Physical Education aligned with the Australian Curriculum or SACE, and demonstrate skill in differentiating learning for individual needs.

Responsibilities

The successful applicant will actively engage with our community and local clubs, foster strong relationships with students, and apply effective pedagogies to support positive outcomes for all learners. Desirable experience includes coaching Football or Netball, Outdoor Education, and the capacity to deliver the SHINE program.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering Physical Education aligned with the Australian Curriculum or SACE
  • Skill in differentiating learning for individual needs
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Ability to build trusting and respectful relationships with students and colleagues
  • Desirable experience includes coaching Football or Netball, Outdoor Education, and the capacity to deliver the SHINE program

Qualifications

The successful applicant will have the necessary qualifications to teach Physical Education to Year 12.

The salary range for this position is $84,971 - $123,236 per annum FTE / Teacher Conditions.
