Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional support and troubleshooting for core Sage Intacct modules, including GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Purchasing.
  • Diagnose and resolve configuration errors, workflow disruptions, and other break/fix issues.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
  • Deliver one-on-one and small-group training on Sage Intacct workflows, best practices, and system navigation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge base articles and training resources.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements or additional user training.
  • Stay current on Sage Intacct updates and release changes that impact system support.

Requires Skills And Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Sage Intacct, ideally in a support or consulting capacity.
  • Strong grasp of core accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Prowess in troubleshooting application issues and resolving client concerns effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
  • Experience facilitating remote training sessions and developing user-facing documentation.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific use cases in construction, real estate, or the nonprofit sector (preferred but not required).
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on Sage Intacct experience (support, consulting, or implementation) is required.
