$55,500 - $60,000

Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 37.5 hrs./week

Responsibilities
- Provide data-based behavioral consultation to classroom teams
- Complete behavioral assessments
- Develop and write required reports
- Measure student progress on interim behavioral protocols and behavior intervention plans and the reliability of treatment implementation
- Train staff in best practice methods
- Provide and oversee crisis intervention services for students
- Ensure that IEP mandates are fulfilled
- Maintain all records required
- Conduct all duties, responsibilities, and daily activities in accordance with current best practice and ethical guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in special education, school psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience in developing and implementing behavioral support plans with developmentally disabled individuals using Applied Behavior Analysis methods
- First Aid, CPR, and Strategies for Crisis Intervention and Prevention - Revised Instructor (SCIP-R) certification
- Fingerprint clearance through Office of Child and Family Services (OCFS) for individuals assigned to preschool units
Qualifications
- Bachelors or better in School Psychology or related field
- Bachelors or better in Special Education or related field

- Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred

- OCFS 6000 Clearance
