OneStream Senior Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced OneStream Senior Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves leading technical design and delivery of complex OneStream XF implementations, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with solution architects, functional leads, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Adapt existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
• Understand and apply strategic direction set by senior management.
• Demonstrate executive presence during frequent upward interactions with direct supervisor.
• Work closely with solution architects, functional leads, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality EPM solutions across the full implementation lifecycle.
• Manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
• Support the new business proposal process by creating business cases, preparing SOWs, responding to RFPs, and driving client conversations to secure business opportunities.
• Deliver and develop functional OneStream solutions that meet business requirements, leveraging deep OneStream technical expertise.
• Travel may be required for this role, with varying amounts of travel based on business needs and client requirements.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years experience developing OneStream platforms, including experience with multi-dimensional cubes, metadata maintenance, and security configurations.
• A minimum of 2 years experience developing business rules in VB.net or C#.
• A minimum of 2 years experience developing Data Management sequences and steps.
• A minimum of 3 years report & dashboard development.
• A minimum of 3 years experience leading technical workstreams and mentoring junior developers.
• OneStream Certified (OCA): Administration or Implementor (willingness to obtain certification within 6 months if not already certified).
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience), or an Associate's degree with equivalent minimum 6 years' work experience.
• Bonus points for experience in specific industries, proficiency in C#, SQL, XML, advanced OneStream capabilities, experience with Data Integration tools, completion of OneStream application build courses, and experience with similar planning and analytics technologies.

• Experience with OneStream reporting and dashboard development.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
• Knowledge of OneStream best practices and industry standards.
• Proficiency in C#, SQL, XML, and other relevant technologies.

Pay

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, including the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The annual salary range for this role in California is $73,800 to $182,600.

Travel may be required for this role, with varying amounts of travel based on business needs and client requirements.
