OneStream Developer
About the role
You will support and enhance Polaris’ financial systems environment by developing and maintaining solutions primarily within OneStream. You will also contribute to data and reporting initiatives using Snowflake and Power BI. In this role, you will work closely with finance and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system solutions that enable accurate and timely financial insights.
Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain financial system solutions within OneStream.
- Partner with finance and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Support implementation and deployment of new functionality, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
- Maintain and optimize system integrations, including data mappings and transformations.
- Support reporting and analytics initiatives leveraging Snowflake and Power BI.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support to end users.
- Maintain accurate solution design, configuration, and support documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and system performance, and implement scalable enhancements.
- Assist in evaluating system upgrades, maintenance releases, patches, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience developing in OneStream.
- Experience with VB.Net or C# required.
- Experience working with SQL in database and reporting tools such as Snowflake or Power BI.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
