About the role

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented OneFootball Sales Director East Coast (New York) to join our team. In this role, you will be a key piece in the machinery of our campaigns, ensuring that our clients' objectives are not only met but exceeded. Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire sales cycle for OneFootball’s US advertising inventory across the East Coast, from prospecting to negotiating and closing high-yield sponsorship and media deals.
  • Leverage your existing network to build and maintain strong relationships with major NY holding companies (e.g., GroupM, OMD, Publicis, Dentsu) and direct brands, particularly those endemic to sports and soccer.
  • Develop and present compelling, customized advertising solutions and content partnerships that leverage OneFootball’s unique global audience.
  • Maintain a robust active pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets as a high-impact Individual Contributor (IC).

Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years of proven experience in the digital advertising ecosystem, media sales, or brand partnerships, with a strong pre-existing network of key decision-makers at NY agencies and brands.
  • Technical knowledge: Deep understanding of digital media planning, customized sponsorships, digital advertising metrics, and the US sports marketing landscape.
  • Analytical mindset: Ability to read data, draw valuable conclusions, and make strategic data-driven decisions.
  • Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication, high-level negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to work synergistically with different cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment typical of the AdTech industry.
