This is a performance-oriented and commission-driven role, ideal for individuals confident in relationship management and deal closures.

About the role

This role focuses on increasing footfall and revenue through corporates, universities, colleges, and large group clients via events, bulk bookings, and long-term tie-ups. The ideal candidate will be target-driven, comfortable with field work, and possess strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow corporate and institutional partnerships.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with corporates, educational institutions, and large groups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Manage events, bulk bookings, and long-term tie-ups to drive revenue and footfall.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events and partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 2–5 years experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Hospitality, or Events.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
• Target-driven and comfortable with field work.
