About the role

The One-to-One Paraprofessional at Millcreek Elementary is responsible for supporting students in their learning journey through various instructional and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering instruction to students
• Assist with classroom management and organization
• Supervise students during breaks and transitions
• Participate in data collection and analysis
• Collaborate with other staff members to enhance student outcomes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working with children preferred but not required

Qualifications

• Passing background check
• Current First Aid/CPR certification
