One to One Observer- Part Time Nights Marlton
Position Responsibilities
- Provides constant one-to-one observation of assigned patient which includes providing a safe environment and positive interaction in a calm environment.
- Provides restraint care to patients in restraints.
- Identifies and communicates changes in patient’s status to RN and responds appropriately.
- Affords assistance in orientation of healthcare team.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required
- Must have strong communication skills.
Required Education
High School diploma or GED.
Training/Certifications/Licensure
- Successful completion of Observer course or equivalent is mandatory.
Pay
$18.00 - $21.33 per hour. Actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant’s experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
