One to One Observer, Part Time, Mt. Holly
Summary
The purpose of the One to One Observer is to provide personal constant observation of a patient. This position will also Communicate with and support healthcare team, patients and/or patient's family or significant other(s). This position will also maintain and demonstrate high standards of professional ethics.
Position Responsibilities
- Provides constant one-to-one observation of assigned patient which includes providing a safe environment and positive interaction in a calm environment.
- Provides restraint care to patients in restraints.
- Identifies and communicates changes in patient's status to RN and responds appropriately.
- Assists in orientation of healthcare team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Required Experience: Must have strong communication skills.
- Required Education: High School diploma or GED.
- Training/Certifications/Licensure: Successful completion of Observer course or equivalent is mandatory.
Pay
$17.30 - $20.67 Hourly
