One to One Observer- Full-Time Days Willingboro

Job Summary

The One to One Observer is responsible for providing personal constant observation of a patient, communicating with and supporting the healthcare team, and maintaining high ethical standards.

Position Responsibilities

• Provides constant one-to-one observation of assigned patient
• Provides restraint care to patients in restraints
• Identifies and communicates changes in patient's status to RN and responds appropriately
• Affords assistance in healthcare team orientation
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required / Experience Required

• Strong communication skills
• High School diploma or GED

Training/Certifications/Licensure

• Successful completion of Observer course or equivalent is mandatory

Pay and Benefits

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $18.00 to $21.33, with actual salary/rate varying based on experience and internal equity. Virtua provides a comprehensive package of benefits, including:
