One to One Observer- Part Time 7a-7p Willingboro

Summary

The One to One Observer is responsible for providing personal constant observation of a patient, communicating with and supporting the healthcare team, and maintaining high ethical standards.

Position Responsibilities

• Provides constant one-to-one observation of assigned patient which includes providing a safe environment and positive interaction in a calm environment.
• Provides restraint care to patients in restraints.
• Identifies and communicates changes in patient's status to RN and responds appropriately.
• Affords assistance in orientation of healthcare team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required

• Must have strong communication skills.

Required Education

A high school diploma or GED is required.

Training/Certifications/Licensure

Completion of an Observer course or equivalent is mandatory.

Pay

The hourly rate is $18.00 - $21.33, with the actual salary/rate varying based on experience and internal equity.
