One-to-One Aide

Role: One-to-One Aide supporting a youth with emotional, behavioral, and learning challenges. Responsibilities Provide individualized supervision across educational, residential, and community activities.Assist the youth in following routines, participating in learning, and developing social and independent-living skills.Use trauma-informed and respectful approaches to promote emotional regulation and respond safely to behavioral challenges.Follow and implement individualized support plans.Collaborate with teachers, clinicians, residential staff, and families to document progress and share observations. Qualifications And Skills Related experience is helpful; training in behavioral support, trauma-informed care, first-aid, or CPR is beneficial.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to respond safely and effectively to behavioral situations.Commitment to safety, learning, and growth for young people.
