About the role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the startup of a new greenfield manufacturing facility by leading project coordination, business process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Partnering closely with the Director of Manufacturing Startup, you will drive project execution, facilitate communication across stakeholders, develop operational processes and reporting tools, and champion continuous improvement and Lean initiatives that support long-term business success.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of Manufacturing Startup and cross-functional teams to support the successful launch of a new greenfield manufacturing facility.
- Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and issue resolution while providing regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Serve as a communication liaison across departments, ensuring project progress, action items, and key decisions are effectively documented and communicated.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports to track project performance, schedules, and key performance indicators.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to drive alignment, accountability, and execution of startup activities.
- Support process improvement initiatives through documentation, training development, user support, and implementation of best practices.
- Champion continuous improvement and Lean methodologies by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve operational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance is preferred.
- 2-5 years of related work experience with manufacturing industries and a supply chain management environment.
- Prior experience in project management and SAP is also preferred.
- Excellent computer and communication (written and oral) skills required.
- Strong project management, analytical and business knowledge required, as well as strong problem-solving skills.
Pay
The base salary range for this position is $68,000 to $113,000 annually, with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
