Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure that all partners are working together to meet or exceed contractual performance goals within the guidelines of the operating budget and program deliverables.
• Establish partnerships with community outreach service agencies to assist where necessary to fulfill delivery of contract compliance.
• Aid in responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and grant opportunities to grow business in the region.
• Aid with the following tasks: establishing partnerships with other community service-related agencies, creating and maintaining agreements (MOUs & MOAs), negotiating contracts, developing the program budgets, managing programs within budget, and establishing policies and procedures for center operations, safety, and crisis response management.
• Interpret federal legislation, state guidance, and communiqués for appropriate implementation to ensure quality services.
• Ensure that center staff are deployed appropriately, and that staffing ratios comply with service needs for a positive customer experience in the One Stop Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, from an accredited College or University (social services, counseling, business).
• 3+ years of relevant work experience including experience with the targeted population.
• Must have an appropriate and valid state driver’s license and be able to meet requirements for Eckerd’s Auto Insurance and be able to drive for business purposes.
• Regional travel up to 50% of the time.
