Airswift is seeking a One Call Specialist for a one-year W2 contract position in Dickinson, North Dakota, with the possibility of extension.
Schedule
5 days on, 2 days off – 10 hours per day

Responsibilities
- Respond to ONE-CALL requests, document, and maintain records to ensure compliance with ONE-CALL Law.
- Apply knowledge and experience in underground line locating and mapping of underground utilities.
- Conduct surveys for new pipeline and power line projects.
- Lead safety efforts to ensure all excavation work around COP pipelines follows established procedures to protect personnel.
- Perform line locating per ONE-CALL requests and in accordance with line-finding procedures.
- Maintain and ensure availability of COP pipeline maps.
- Implement safety and environmental procedures in compliance with regulations and policies.
- Install, stake out, and map locations using GPS systems.
- Dispatch line locators to sweep, mark, and map underground utilities prior to excavation.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of discipline; able to apply knowledge to complex problems and develop recommendations.
- Makes decisions within broad parameters.
- Acts as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.
