One (1) Part Time Teacher of Spanish (0.6 FTE)

Degree in appropriate field of study from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Teach Spanish to students in full class
• Use effective instructional practices and strategies
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members, both verbally and in writing

Requirements

• Reliable and of good moral character
• Must meet criminal background check
• Must reside in the State of New Jersey (unless exempted under law; see note below)

Effective September 1, 2011, all employees of school districts must reside in the State of New Jersey, unless exempted under law. If you already work for the school district as of September 1, 2011, and do not live in New Jersey, you are not required to move. If you begin your position on or after September 1, 2011, you must reside in New Jersey within one year of your start date.

Pay

Ranges from $38,097.00 to $64,619.00 per negotiated contract (p. 42).
