About the role

As a maintenance gardener at Esselink Tuinen, you will be responsible for the upkeep of primarily private gardens and, to a lesser extent, corporate gardens. You will work independently or as part of a team, representing Esselink Tuinen on-site. You will contribute ideas for solutions and improvements to ensure our gardens look pristine year-round.

Responsibilities

• Maintain private and corporate gardens to a high standard.
• Work independently or in a team to ensure gardens remain in top condition.
• Act as the face of Esselink Tuinen on location.
• Propose solutions and improvements for garden maintenance.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in gardening or demonstrable experience as a gardener.
• Knowledge of plants, trees, and shrubs, including their maintenance.
• Enjoy working outdoors with a proactive attitude.
• Possess a valid driver’s license B (license E is a plus).
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
