About the role

Join Esselink Tuinen, a recognized top-tier landscaping company with over 50 years of experience in designing, constructing, and maintaining high-end natural gardens. We are looking for an all-round landscaper to expand our team of twenty garden professionals. Every week brings new challenges—from constructing a corporate garden to installing a swimming pond or pruning for regular clients. All work is carried out in-house, including earthworks, paving, water features, pools, ponds, roofing, fencing, irrigation, and lighting.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of landscaping tasks, including groundwork, paving, and installation of water features, pools, and ponds
• Construct garden structures such as roofing and fencing
• Install irrigation systems and lighting
• Maintain gardens through pruning and other upkeep tasks
• Work on diverse projects, from private gardens to corporate landscapes
• Deliver high-quality work while maintaining a positive team environment

Requirements

• Attention to detail and a willingness to tackle challenges
• Experience in garden construction or maintenance
• Possession of a landscaping diploma (level 3 or 4)
• Technical insight and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
• A BE driving license (or the ability to obtain an E behind B license in one day)
• Enthusiasm for the profession and a proactive attitude
