OnDemand Delivery Driver

About the role

This position supports a local client, delivering essential products to regional facilities. If you're seeking flexible, meaningful work and are open to being "on call" for critical deliveries, this is a perfect opportunity. We especially encourage driver teams or partners to apply.

Responsibilities

• Pick up goods from the client's service center
• Deliver to locations promptly and professionally within a ~200-mile range
• Respond to on-demand delivery alerts through the Gohfr driver app
• Handle goods and items with care and follow delivery protocols
• Provide excellent customer service during all interactions
• Maintain professional, conscious conduct during deliveries
• Communicate with Gohfr and clients regarding any delivery issues or delays

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age
• Reliable vehicle: car, SUV, or truck
• Own a smartphone (iOS or Android) with data plan for using the Gohfr app
• Valid U.S. driver’s license (CDL not required)
• 3+ years of proven driving/delivery experience (medical or gig economy preferred)
• Experience with other gig platforms (e.g., Uber, DoorDash, Amazon Flex) highly desirable
• Pass criminal and motor vehicle background checks
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Fully fluent in English (bilingual drivers welcome)
• Maintain vehicle insurance, registration, and inspection

• Ability to lift and transport packages up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable driving in all weather conditions
• Reliable availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong navigation skills and professionalism are a must
