About the Role

Menarini Stemline is hiring a Territory Manager to sell and support Stemline products to both existing and potential customers. The goals of this position are to acquire new customer business, increase market share, develop and encourage strong customer relationships, build brand loyalty, and provide customer satisfaction within a designated territory.

Responsibilities

  • Sell products to all potential and existing customers in the designated territory to achieve overall revenue goals.
  • Create strategic business plans for all key customer opportunities.
  • Serve as a key business partner to clients and develop and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Track, report, and analyze territory opportunities with the Regional Sales Director (RSD) on a routine basis.
  • Develop relationships with hospital healthcare professionals (HCPs) through conversations, meetings, and participation in conferences; identify key decision-makers to facilitate future orders.
  • Provide post-sales support for all territory business.
  • Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing feasible solutions or collaborating with other personnel (e.g., clinical, marketing) to resolve issues.
  • Plan, prioritize, monitor, and track all sales cycle events utilizing CRM.
  • Monitor and report customer satisfaction, support, or issues to the Regional Sales Director.
  • Update individual forecasted product volume data regularly.
  • Meet individual sales and business targets as provided by management.
  • Attend all required Quality & Compliance training at specified intervals.
  • Work flexible hours and weekends to meet business or customer needs as directed.
  • Participate in work activities as assigned by management.
  • Maintain compliance with all Federal and State regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical/biologic experience with at least 2 years within oncology.
  • Breast Cancer experience preferred (ideally within the past 7 years).
  • Proven sales track record in the relevant product line.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, and drive a vehicle for extended periods.
  • Travel is required to customer sites, including overnight travel that varies depending on the territory (minimum expected travel is 50%+).

Skills

  • Clinical knowledge of the product category with a strong, up-to-date understanding of the breast cancer treatment landscape.
  • Solid understanding and application of business concepts, procedures, and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed business plan/quota and develop sales plans for required opportunities.
  • Capable of managing time and resources within the assigned territory to achieve objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with governmental and Stemline regulations.
  • Maintain honesty, integrity, and an excellent work ethic.
  • Able to enhance teamwork within the region and maintain collaborative relationships across the organization.
  • Implement assigned operations within an established budget.
  • Able to influence others and function effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and listening skills.
  • Entrepreneurial approach to market environments.
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM proficiency.

Pay

Base Salary Range of $180,000 - $220,000 (plus incentive compensation).
