Responsibilities
- Achieve regional sales objectives
- Develop and execute regional and territory business plans
- Directly implement sales and marketing strategies
- Build and maintain key customer relationships
- Assist in developing business solutions

- Evaluate performance of Clinical Account Executives
- Maintain high level of product and market knowledge

- Manage Tempus’s CRM solution

Requirements
- Deep domain knowledge of the Diagnostic Services industry
- Molecular Diagnostic experience preferred
- Experience selling Oncology based tests and services
- Experience within complex selling environments
- Success in recruiting, hiring, developing and retaining talent
- Prioritization and alignment of organizational goals
- Development and utilization of cross-functional relationships
- Integrated MolDx/SaaS solution
- Consultative selling process
- Selling at the executive level
- Understanding of the payor and reimbursement environment
